Brief description of core services:
- Aftermarket - Repair service
providing strip down to component part form, evaluation of equipment condition, compiling detailed inspection survey report
for customer evaluation acceptance, repair of components.
- Assembly - Full build facility available for assembling new manufactured and
repaired equipment to customer supplied drawings and bill of material specifications, traceability recorded during build backed
up with assembly sheet documentation.
- Pressure Testing - To complement our repair and assembly services
we have a fully protected pressure test cell. We have the capability of hydrostatic and nitrogen gas pressure testing to verify
material integrity and connection sealability.
- Hydraulics - Instrumentation manufacture in seamless
tubing or autoclave pipwork. Hydraulic cylinder overhaul and repairs.
- Rental Equipment
- Full range of API Test Equipment, for rental, please call for requirements.
- Research & Development - On-site we have the capability to pressure test
to +121C down to -25C using Nitrogen Gas as test medium to 15000psi, following FAT procedures and PR2 Qualification.
